Zayo Europe is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to process improvements from stakeholders

• Support the evaluation of changes and their impacts.

• Help analyse data quality and integrity

• Learn all the various roles within the team

• Supporting the Business Analyst or leading on small change initiatives.

• Assist with the development of business cases.

• Documenting functional and non-functional requirements

• Documenting and analysing current processes and identifying opportunities to make improvements.

• Presenting information appropriate to the audience; technical and non-technical, to ensure requirements and solutions are understood.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make sound recommendations

• Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines

• Strong work ethic and ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload

• Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills

• Ability to build positive relationships.

• Ability to follow instructions, to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a keen attitude, a willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 or A-C, including English and Mathematics

• 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-C in any subject but preferably one in a numerical, computing or business subject (e.g. Maths, Science, Computer Science, Business Studies)

Salary: £21,000 + company bonus scheme

Location: we are based at 114 Whitechapel High Street | London, E1 7PT. The successful applicant will be required to attend our offices at least 2 days per week though all employees are welcome to work from the office on other days.
