Please note that this is an apprenticeship position and therefore anyone with more than six months professional experience working as a Business analyst or who holds a degree or Master’s degree in a subject such as Business Studies or an MBA will not be eligible.

You will also need to commit to completing a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

Through this 24 month programme you’ll work with colleagues from technology and business teams to deliver solutions to enable business growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and requirements specifications
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to capture and validate business needs
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Earn and apply various business analysis techniques and methodologies

What you need

• A proven interest in a career in Business Analysis, this could be from formal education such as A Level Business Studies, BTEC’s or self directed learning that you’ve undertaken in your own time 
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK
• Be a current resident in the UK and have lived in the UK for 3 years
• Able to commute to central London 
• Not hold a higher qualification in the same or similar subject
• 3 or more A-Levels or equivalent (A-C)
• GCSE in Maths and English – grade 4 (C) or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel

Location - we are located in the Scalpel Building (EC3M 7AF). We do offer flexible / hybrid work and the successful candidate will need to show how they will be able to commute for at least 3 days per week to our offices.

Training to be provided

As part of the Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship standard, you’ll be registered as a member of the British Computer Society and be on a fast track to an industry-recognised qualification, your dedicated industry coach will support you through a blended approach that will include remote, in person, 1-2-1 and group learning.
