Who can apply?
The programme is for anyone looking for a software development apprenticeship. The only requirement is that you have not worked as a developer for more than 6 months. You’ll also need to evidence a prior commitment to becoming a developer. Therefore, you could be:
A school leaver who's completed A Levels in Computer Science or other STEM subjects.
A college leaver who's completed a BTEC or T Level in IT
A graduate looking to cross-train into tech
A computer science/software engineering graduate who's struggled to get their 1st job in tech i.e. at least 18 months job searching since graduation.
Someone who works in tech looking to move into software development
What will I be asked to do?
You’ll submit a CV and be asked to record a short video explaining why you want to join the programme (Remember, it's a competitive process with only 20 places available)
How does it work?
The Bootcamp is based on 3 levels, each of increasing complexity. Each level includes a coding task, relevant courses to enable you to complete the task and the option to join Q&A sessions and tutorials with a coach over Teams.
You complete the levels in your own time and the Q&A sessions are optional so you can complete the programme around your existing commitments. It will last for a maximum of 6 weeks however you can complete sooner as the next level is unlocked when you complete the previous one.

About Digital Native
We are Digital Native. Our passion is partnering with businesses to nurture and grow great digital talent.
We live in a world with an abundance of free and easily accessible online courses, but the digital skills gap is still widening every year. We believe that courses alone don’t make better people and knowledge is not the same as skills.
That’s where our industry expert coaches come in. Their job is to support apprentices through the programme, sharing their extensive experience and helping apprentices apply what they’ve learned to become better employees.
